Seniors go to Wellington! - (Day 1 of camp)

Airport. Excitement. Nerves. Bags packed. Ready to go. Zac sore head. Plane delayed. Sad face.




Wellington! Made it. Get bags. Rush to Weta Workshop. Shuttles lost. Found again. Mrs S relieved. 


Weta to YHA. Easy as pie. Messages given. Lunch at park. Zac sleeping. 



Te Papa. Waiting. Still waiting. Waiting some more. Hiccup. Alice saved us. 
The Scale of our War. Words can't describe.




Exploring. Reading. Learning. Interesting. Discovering. 



YHA. Dinner. Subway. Yum! Finding rooms. Making beds. Time to go again.


Walking. SPCA puppies. Fergs. William Pike Challenge Award. Kayaking. Nerves. Learning. Wet. Fun. Water jumps. Rock Climbing. Playground. Home. Bed. (eventually).

  2. Wow! You've chosen a stunning week to visit the Capital city (although I'm sure you were all hoping for a wee bit of a roller-coaster ride flying in yesterday morning��). Have a great time with all the exciting activities you have planned.

  3. Hi Greer, thanks for commenting. It has been a stunner so far. Today was even more beautiful. We are glad we didn't have a rollercoaster ride. A few of us had never flown before and it was bumpy enough. What a shame you couldn't have flown us. :)
