Crusaders Country

 .
The Super Rugby Season might be over for another year but we are very proud of our Canterbury Crusaders who were crowned Super Rugby Champions for 2018. We were "super" excited to have the Super Rugby Cup at our school on Thursday for us to have our photo taken with it. Thanks Barbara for bringing it in! We are some very happy Crusader Supporters!

  1. Hola Rimu class!!! My name is Lavinia from Waikowhai Primary School. I am in Hauraki with an awesome teacher called Ms Sands. I am really happy for you and the Crusaders. They played really well this year. Something you could work on next time is, you could write a little bit or a reflection at the end. Other than that you did great. Ka Pai!!!
I would just like to know something about the Super Rugby Cup. Do you know who designed it??? If you would like to see my blog here is the site, wpslaviniac.blogspot.com. Please feel free to leave a comment or some feedback for me. I can't wait to see more of your work.

    1. Hello Conrad, My name is Julia and I am a year 7 student in Rimu.
The trophy wasn't too heavy but for smaller children it would be.
I enjoy watching Rugby as well. This being the class blog, where our teacher posts won't be as detailed as ours Individual Blogs because she doesn't have much time but, I can ask her if she would like students to start helping out with class blogs. If you would like to check out our individual blogs there will be way more information.

      Kind Regards

  3. Congratulations Rimu Class,
My name is Ayva, I am a student from Waikowhai Primary School in Hauraki. You warriors are really good at Rugby. You guys should be very proud of this team... But maybe next time take some photos of them playing rugby.
Why is only one of the girls holding a rugby ball in her cup? Is she the
    Captain of the team?

    3. Kia Ora Ayva,
My name is Grace and I am from Rimu Class. We got to look at this cup and hold it because one of the ladies in our PTA knows a person that she was able to get a hold of it from and also because we are a supporting Canterbury school that loves rugby.
We don't actually have a rugby team at our school she just had the ball because it was just there at the time and wasn't there at the start when all the other photos were taken.

      Yours Sincerely,
      Grace
