Listen and Draw... a challenging challenge!

Today's Challenge in our MEET was to
Listen and Draw...
We had to listen to 8 instructions and see what our final product looked like.
Some of us had a few technical issues but we persevered.
Check out our slide deck for the results!
Most of us surprised ourselves!

Who do think did the best?

  1. Hello there Rimu! I am Nishka from Te Māhuri!

I like how you have involved your whole class together to create a picture using some extraordinary shapes and added some colour in it! I like the way that everybody is giving it a shot! I really like everybody's masterpiece! I wish I could try this out with you guys!

Maybe next time you could make the teacher compete with you guys and see if she can make it similar to her art. I am just giving you some ideas... How did you feel when you made your masterpiece?

    Please reply! Bye!

  2. Hi Nishka,
Thank you for your kind comments on Our Blog - I was still in Rimu when we did that activity. We did get a teacher - Miss Rennell, to do the challenge - she was my 'guinea pig' so to speak. I was impressed how well the class listened and how well their version resembled the 'master'.
I would be really happy to come to your class and let you have a try. Ask your teachers when you are doing geometry next. Do you like geometry?
    Keep up the great commenting,
    Ms Lange
