We are a class of creative Year 6 & 8 students at Yaldhurst Model School who continually aim to be 'Heroes' in everything that we do. This year we hope to develop our skills and confidence, collaborate with others, reach our goals and extend our learning in a 'Learn, Create, Share,' environment. Come along on our 2021 journey!

Here are some Shout Outs from Rimu to Rimu...
We opted into this Teaching Session today and worked on this collaborative slide together.
Today in Rimu's Google MEET we had some gatecrashers!
All of a sudden we thought it was 2020 again because
two sneaky people broke into our MEET!
(Well not actually, it was all planned with Miss Rennell.)
Can you spot the Imposters in the slides below?
It was Abby and Grace from Rimu last year (2020)!
Abby goes to Cashmere High and Grace goes to Middleton Grange. They both keep in touch still and thought it would be fun to jump on one of our Google Meets in Lockdown.
We got to ask them all sorts of questions and learnt a lot about how things have changed for them! It was so cool to see them again and we hope they enjoyed themselves too!
What would questions would you ask a Year 9 if you could?
We really enjoyed MEETing and learning all about everyone's special guests today!
Check out who wet met in the slides below!
Check out These YMS HEROs
who have been braving the Lockdown Level 4 here in NZ
and still doing some school work!
Well done guys!!
We enjoyed making special notes of appreciation for our loved ones on Friday!
Here is the origami video tutorial we used in case you want to make some too!
